Privacy Policy
Your streams are public; your data shouldn't be a mystery. This policy explains what King Push collects, why, how it's protected, and the rights you have under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws.
1. Data we collect
Account data: name, email, and a securely hashed password (we can never see your plaintext password). Stream telemetry: bitrate, latency, frame rate, destination health, and aggregated viewer counts for the destinations you connect. Billing data: handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors (Stripe, Google Play, Apple); we store only plan status and last-4 digits. Usage & device data: app version, device model, OS, crash logs, and — only with your consent — analytics events.
2. How we use data
To operate the Service (transcoding, simulcasting, unified chat, creator stats), secure your account, process payments, provide support, improve reliability and features, and — only where you've opted in — send product news. We never sell your personal data. We never use your Creator Content to train third-party AI models.
3. Cookies & similar technologies
Essential cookies keep you logged in and remember consent. Optional analytics cookies (only after you accept) help us understand feature usage. Full details, including how to change your choice, are in the Cookie Policy.
4. Third-party processors
We share the minimum data necessary with: cloud hosting and CDN providers; payment processors (Stripe, Apple, Google); the streaming destinations you explicitly connect (YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, custom RTMP endpoints — governed by their own privacy policies); and analytics providers under contract, privacy-compliant configurations only. 5. Advertising
If we run advertising (including Google AdSense) on free surfaces, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings. We do not disclose personal data for advertisers' own use.
6. Data retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days, except data we must retain for tax, fraud-prevention, or legal claims (typically billing records, 7 years). Stream telemetry is aggregated and anonymized after 12 months.
7. Security
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, scrypt-hashed passwords, isolated production access with audit logging, and least-privilege internal controls. No system is perfectly secure; we commit to notifying affected users and regulators within 72 hours of a confirmed breach where required.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to: access, correct, export (portability), and delete your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. California residents may exercise CCPA/CPRA rights — including the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sales/sharing" (we don't sell) — without discrimination. Exercise any right from Settings → Privacy or via Contact; we respond within 30 days.
9. International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Transfers from the EEA/UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.
10. Children
King Push is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Under-16 accounts require guardian consent. If you believe a child has created an account improperly, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to this policy
We will announce material changes by email or in-app before they take effect, and always update the "Last updated" date above.
