1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using King Push (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Who may use King Push

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Users between 13 and 16 may stream only with verifiable consent of a parent or guardian. By using the Service you confirm you are legally permitted to do so in your country and are not barred by applicable export or sanctions laws.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create legal risk for us, other creators, or viewers.

4. Your content, your ownership

You retain ownership of everything you stream, upload, or publish through King Push ("Creator Content"). By streaming to third-party destinations (YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, custom RTMP endpoints), you also accept those platforms' separate terms. You grant King Push a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, transcode, and distribute your Creator Content solely as needed to operate the Service you requested.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to: (a) stream content you do not own or have licensed, including music, footage, and re-broadcasts; (b) harass, threaten, or defraud any person; (c) stream illegal content, explicit harm, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; (d) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; (e) resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a hosted offering without written permission; (f) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans bill in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle through our payment processors. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law; you may cancel anytime and access continues to the end of the paid period. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Taxes are added where applicable. Delinquent accounts may be downgraded to the free plan.

7. DMCA & takedowns

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA notices. Rights holders may submit takedown requests through Contact. Repeat infringers lose streaming access. If your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with supporting license documentation.

8. Service availability

We aim for always-on live infrastructure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Streams may be interrupted by maintenance, third-party platform outages, network conditions, or events beyond our control. Where commercially reasonable we will notify you of planned downtime.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that streams will be error-free, that third-party destinations will accept your content, or that results (audience growth, revenue) will match any example or benchmark.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, King Push Live Studio Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or audience, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless King Push, its team, and partners from claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your Creator Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time; sections 5, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.

Questions about these Terms: contact the studio. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply where required.
